I've never created a gravity fed drip irrigation system but there seem to be plenty of videos on Youtube detailing how to, shouldn't be too difficult for an enterprising chap such as yourself

Most of them seem to use micro drippers rather than drip tube/hose, not sure but maybe drip tube needs a certain amount of pressure to work ? Or maybe they just prefer spot watering over general area watering.
I’m trying to be more careful about how and where and how I waste …. er … SPEND my time. I currently prefer to use the wood surfboard I spent/wasted so much time making.

I had been wondering about water pressure for a drip hose. I’ll be sure to do more research before I actually do something about making a system. I’m learning the hard way why some people spend a lot of money to buy something that they don’t have to reverse engineer and that actually works from the start

Maybe in Kyushu or Korea. Only wind here….

Seems like this and the previous one had weak winds which i guess would be good for farmers.

I'll take a weak wind typhoon any time over a humongous strong one ;)

The fact that I agree with that sentiment is making me feel old

I'll confess to actually enjoying the sheer raw power of a strong typhoon when we first moved over here but watching all your crops shredded soon gets boring.

Living in an old house… on a hill… with tall trees all around has taken so much fun out of typhoons for me too. Now, I like them best when they cruise by south of us and send up waves for a week. I think that’s the kind wifey really dislikes

Ummmm….

If you live in Izu or Boso and have hatches that need battening, you might wanna start on that soon. This typhoon doesn’t appear to be real strong but it looks like a direct hit for wind on Boso.
