What's on the CD player today ?

Post by Lazi » Sat Sep 26, 2015 1:20 pm

Can't help you guys too much with countryside knowledge but I have seen this kind of thread before on other forums.

So what music are you listening to today ?

Bit of an old one here but still love Leftfield, takes me back to summertime raves

Great idea for a thread Lazi

I think I'll be listening to Mezzanine today whilst seeding. I like the dark atmosphere it has and reminds me of our old inner city lifestyle we had back in Hackney which is such a contrast to now.

Sorry this isn't really about playing on a cd player as it's more visual but I quite like it

No problem Makichan, like who actually has a cd player these days. I should have really called it 'What are you listening to or watching today' but that was a bit of a mouthful. Perhaps the title could be changed to 'What are you watching on Youtube today'

I'm going with another blast from the past this morning

I quite like World Order and agree with Genki Sudo's anti war stance

I really liked the Les Twins video Makichan,

Never seen them before and that was a great introduction.

Thank you for posting it.

When I've got a task that needs gettin' done:

Charlie Parr - 1922 (Although any of his work is fantastic)

Maybe Eric in Japan is familiar, being a fellow native Minnesotan.

That's amazing Brett, I didn't know they had colour film in 1922, sorry only joking

I've never come across Charlie Parr before, he reminds me of Woody Guthrie a little, similar spirit maybe ?

While we are taking a trip down memory lane how about

Is that the original ? I'd always thought The Clash wrote it
