Eric, my son wrote letter to Santa also. It took us by surprise as we never mentioned about writing one and he is only 5.

I definitely like your Christmas style.

Things didn't go so well in 2015 for us work-wise for most of the year, so our Christmas was pretty low key, but I am thinking we'll have a bit of a do-over in March or April, with a proper tree, food and everything :) I think we'll probably have a kid by next December as well..! That should be some good incentive to do a proper Christmas!

That's proper festive Eric.

Here's one of Santa-san when he stopped off for a cheeky fag break at the Hive & Barrow

We thought he might be bored of cookies and milk so left out a pack of Mevius Light's and a couple of Strong Zero's

Seasons greetings everyone,
I haven't posted anything for months as work commitments in New Zealand have gone from an expected 3-4 weeks to over 4 months.
I think the best thing about xmas is a reason to take time out and spend it with family or friends.
For that reason I'm jumping on a plane 6pm xmas eve and flying to Brisbane for 3 days for a hot xmas ( nothing exciting just temperature hot), which means a bbq with family and a swim in the pool.
Returning back to NZ until the end of January and then hopefully to Japan in February with some cash in my pocket and continue fixing the Kominka.
To all at JSL "merry xmas and more importantly a happy new year".
Cheers

Merry Christmas xxxxTom,

Shame about the work dragging on. When I was growing up and Christmas time in the UK was cold, dark, wet and windy Australian & New Zealand Christmases sounded so nice with people organising a family bbq or heading down to the beach or just being able to go outside without having to wrap up in coats and jumpers.

Good luck with cracking on at your kominka next year
