(I have to be honest and admit I watch GOT via Kodi ahem ahem. smacks me)
I think I might have to find an alternative for GOT too. I took out the free trial for Stars on Prime but there’s a three day delay which won’t do.

Sorry folks, due to the 87 year old guy mowing down pedestrians and killing the young mother and daughter in Tokyo our spot has been moved. It's really sad about the deaths and quite rightly the morning news shows are dedicating time to covering that story, lets hope that maybe something can be done about folk no longer fit to drive.

So our new slot is on

Sorry about this but it's more important to try and sort out unsafe elderly drivers rather than a silly section on The Hive & Barrow.

Looking forward to it. Just need to set the recorder.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

Hope it's not too embarrassing, or shifted on to another week

Well, it made it onto Youtube for anyone that is interested.

Our segment starts at around the 1 hour and 27 minute mark. All in all not as bad as I was expecting, apart from the Jabba the Hut photo of me slumped in me chair after one Strong Zero too many. But on the bright side that photo is what inspires me to keep to the diet so hopefully won't look like that for much longer.

Very interesting, thanks for posting!

Was that cavalo nero I saw? If so, I used to eat that a lot in London for breakfast, sauted in butter, sprinkled with chilli flakes, with a soft fried egg on top!

They were a bit harsh focusing on your weight!

My wife was also not so keen to move back to Japan.

Your house and cafe look really nicely done - great balance of modern home and country style.

Thank you so much, we were a bit nervous before the film aired as you never know what elements they will focus on but on the whole it was quite nicely done and we're pretty happy with the results.

Yes that is cavello nero, it's not a big seller and is mostly grown for use in the cafe and for a few chefs that know how to use it.

I'm hoping they are just trying to encourage me to keep up the diet

I have a feeling it may pop up again from an anonymous account somewhere ;)
