The winds on the backside of this typhoon are 2 to 3 times as strong as the winds on the front side. It’s almost the same as a normal typhoon wind but it didn’t get close to us. Anybody that’s in the path of this typhoon might want to keep that in mind.

It's pretty breezy over here right now, got all the okra harvested this morning along with some other stuff so going to settle down and take it easy indoors this afternoon.

Well that sucks. One of our neighbour's trees fell down and cut our fibre optic cable, luckily it didn't cut the electric cables but no more fast internet connection for a few days while NTT get a team out to fix it. Seems Netflix works just fine streaming from a tethered 4G phone so maybe not too bad.

Luckily the 4G tethering seems to be working fine so for the time being it's not a huge problem but I hope they get it fixed soon
