Can you pay these off with your home mortgage? I'm not super keen with paying this much out of pocket all at once.
How did the loan work, though? When the taxes came through how did you pay that money from the mortgage?
I payed out of pocket in cash the 500,000 yen or so total cost of the fees. Then I increased my mortgage amount by 500,000 yen. So I took out the mortgage for 13.5m, paid for the house which was 13m, then paid myself back the remaining 500,000 yen.
