Which flour is appropriate for making biscuits?
I know we had a bread thread here a while ago but I'm specifically wondering about biscuits. Which one of the flour types is best for them?

do you mean cookies 'biscuits' or those scone things that people in the new world eat with gravy?
for proper biscuits (aka cookies) you would use all purpose or cake flour.
for the new world scones thingies same thing as they are basically just flour, butter, milk, baking powder, and salt.
